On October 4th, 2022, [[Manas Navale]], started frying samosas in the kitchenette as part of a fundraiser for the [[Ballot]] MUN committee. At roughly 10 PM, the fire alarm was triggered in the Kitchenette, causing a building-wide evacuation. The ultimate cause was linked to [[Jayanth Pandit]] spilling some oil on the floor.
