Executive

Executives, or more commonly known as Execs, are the officers of a club.

Exec Selection

Exec Selection at TAMS, also known as Exec Season, is unlike the selection process of traditional clubs. Rather than being voted into office, new Execs are picked by the old Execs. Most of the time, TAMS Staff do not interfere with Exec Season, besides GPA and academic points. Usually, Exec selection comprises of a Paper Application, Interview, and/or Group Interview. Some clubs, like CSO or TMS, also allow juniors to present their own GA as part of the selection process. Other clubs, such as JETS or pROfiLE, incorporate a creative project into the application process.
