Exec Selection, also known as Exec Season, is unlike traditional clubs. Rather than being voted into office, new Execs are picked by the old Execs. Most of the time, TAMS Staff do not interfere with Exec Season, besides GPA and academic points. Usually, Exec selection contains a Paper Application, Interview, and Group Interview. Some clubs, like [[CSO]], also allow juniors to present their own [[General Assembly|GA]] as part of the selection process.
