Executives, or more commonly known as Execs, are the officers of a club.
Exec Selection
Exec Selection, also known as Exec Season, is unlike traditional clubs. Rather than being voted into office, new Execs are picked by the old Execs. Most of the time, TAMS Staff do not interfere with Exec Season, besides GPA and academic points. Usually, Exec selection contains a Paper Application, Interview, and Group Interview. Some clubs, like CSO, also allow juniors to present their own GA as part of the selection process.
