Originally, only the Traditional Science track was offered starting with the Class of 1990. The Computer Science + Computer Engineering track was introduced starting with the Class of 2018. The graduating Class of 2021 saw the addition of the Music, Visual Arts and Design, and Media Arts tracks. The Class of 2023 will offer an Engineering track, as well as several unique pathways within the Traditional Science, Computer Science + Computer Engineering, and Engineering tracks. The pathways within tracks allow students to complete a "2+2" degree program for TAMS students who remain at the University of North Texas to complete their baccalaureate degree.
