Editing Placement Exams

Placement exams occur during [[Summer Orientation]]. There are placements for chemistry and mathematics.

=== Precalculus/Calculus 1 ===
lots of trig stuff, very little of conic, polar, and induction

If you pass this exam, you place into Calculus 1. Previous year cutoff has been roughly 30/34.

=== Calculus 1/Calculus 2 ===

If you pass this exam, you place into Calculus 2

=== Calculus 3 or higher ===
written stuff. only 5-10 people pass this exam every year

If you pass this exam, you place into Calculus 3

=== AP Credit ===
AP Calculus AB/BC exam score of 5 may be considered for your math placement. Anything besides 5 is not counted.

== Chemistry Placement ==
place into honors, gen chem = pain
